How TopUniCN Checks Admissions Information
Learn how TopUniCN labels source references, pending verification, intake years and application dates, and how to check a program before applying.
Information assessed on .
What a source reference means
A checked source supports the named facts for its stated intake. It does not imply that every fact on a program page has been independently confirmed, or that an application will be accepted.
Pending and conflicting information
Temporary records and general university homepages are marked as pending evidence. Application dates that appear to belong to an earlier intake are withheld from the current deadline answer until they can be confirmed.
Dates and application status
We distinguish intake year from application year. A next-year intake may close in the current year. Separate rounds, scholarship routes and applicant groups should be checked against the original university notice.
Keeping a record current
The record update date, source check date and application status assessment date describe different events. A recent update does not make an old admissions notice apply to a new intake.
Check a discrepancy
Open the linked university notice and compare its program, intake and applicant category. Keep the page URL, the specific fact and the official notice together when reporting a correction. For application decisions, contact the university directly using its official website.
