Program note
DUT-BGI joint program. The DUT scholarship waives tuition and provides free accommodation, with a DUT stipend of CNY 1,500/month for master's students and CNY 1,800/month for Ph.D. students. At BGI, research assistantships provide CNY 2,000–3,000/month for master's students or CNY 3,000–4,000/month for Ph.D. students, plus an incentive subsidy and CNY 800/month meal allowance, with BGI training and accommodation fees waived. The BGI Pinnacle Exploration Scholarship awards the top 5% CNY 10,909 (master's) or CNY 19,757 (Ph.D.). All students pay a CNY 490/month administrative fee plus dormitory utilities.
