TOEFL iBT ≥90, IELTS Academic ≥6.5, Duolingo English Test ≥110, or PTE Academic ≥61. Exempt if the applicant's first language is English or the applicant has completed or is completing a degree taught and assessed entirely in English.

  • 5. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors, in Chinese or English, with handwritten signatures. Applicant-uploaded letters must be original color scans
  • 7. Personal statement of no more than 5,000 English characters (including punctuation and spaces), covering study and work experience, academic achievements, expected research proposal, and career plan. Excess text may be uploaded under Supplementary Materials.
  • 13. Most recent resume.
