Program note
Official 2026 Liaoning University brochure and catalog verified 2026-07-19. The application opening date is normalized from the official page publication date because the page says applications begin immediately; it is not a separately published opening date. The Chinese bachelor section says applicants should be age 18 or above, while the English section and general brochure say 16 or above; 16 is retained with the conflict disclosed. Catalog rows 5-7 display '/' for tuition, but both official brochures state a shared undergraduate tuition of CNY 18,000 per year, which is applied to all 37 programs. The official source publishes CSCA subjects but not the test-paper language, so cscaTestLanguage is null. Category and tags are editorial search metadata.
