Eligibility & restrictions
Non-Chinese citizens from developing countries, no more than 45 years old. Bachelor's degree or above with at least three years of work experience. Priority for applicants with study or work background related to the applied program and currently employed priority for government officials of section-chief level or above (or equivalent) in their home countries, senior managers of institutions and enterprises, and academic backbones of universities and research institutions. Those currently studying in China or already admitted by other Chinese Government Scholarship programs may not apply. Good physical and mental health not in recovery from major surgery or in an acute disease episode no severe physical disability) pregnant women will not be admitted, and pregnancy during study leads to dismissal. A stable internet connection for online interactive teaching is required, and students must be released from work to study full-time during the program.

Language requirements
Applicants should have a good command of English that enables them to learn courses taught in English (reference: IELTS 6.0 or above, TOEFL 80 or above, or other English test certificates of a similar level). Exemption: applicants from English-speaking countries are not required to submit an English proficiency certificate; note this in the online application.

审计硕士（MAud）项目设中国政府奖学金（CSC）与商务部（MOFCOM）两个申请渠道：CSC渠道须先在 http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn 在线申请，再在学校申请系统 http://apply.nausie.cucas.cn/ 完成申请，录取后从CSC网站下载录取通知书和JW201表；MOFCOM渠道在学校申请系统申请后，须将相关材料送本国中国使馆经商部门获取推荐，自2024年起MOFCOM学生使用JW202表。 奖学金待遇（CSC渠道2025年简章）：免学费、教材费、论文指导费等，提供免费校内住宿，生活补助3000元/人/月（自注册当月至2027年毕业离校），提供在华综合医疗保险及入学、毕业往返国际机票各一张；每年进行年度评审，通过者继续获得资助；延期毕业者不再资助。 2025年项目计划招收政府审计专业全日制学生50名，全部课程英语授课。 自费生费用：住宿费双人间2000元/学期、单人间4000元/学期。 学校设南京市政府奖学金、南京审计大学来华留学生奖学金等其他奖学金（见学校奖学金栏目）。
