Language requirements
Chinese-taught programs: HSK 4 score 180 for Chinese Language and independently organized International Chinese Language Education; arts programs HSK 4 score 180 with 60 in each component; science and engineering HSK 4 score 195 with 65 in each component; humanities, economics and management HSK 4 score 210 or HSK 5 score 180 with 70 in each component. The guide lists exemptions based on qualifying SAT II, IB, A-level, AP, Chinese-medium high-school study, or completion of a Chinese Government Scholarship preparatory program. English-taught programs require suitable English proficiency subject to university review.
