Eligibility & restrictions
Non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health with a valid ordinary passport applicants for a master's degree must hold a bachelor's degree scholarship students must be under 35 and self-supporting students under 45. Relevant undergraduate academic background, or undergraduate coursework relevant to the intended major, with GPA 2.5 (inclusive) or above (4-point scale). Fresh graduates who have not received their degree certificate at application must provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their school or college, proving the ability to graduate and obtain the degree certificate by August 2025. applicants who immigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan and acquired foreign nationality must also provide proof of cancelled Chinese nationality (residence calculated the same way, verified by entry and exit stamps).
