Chinese: HSK Level 4, score at least 195. Non-native English speakers: IELTS at least 6.5, or TOEFL iBT at least 85 before January 21, 2026 / 4.5 on or after that date. Applicants who completed undergraduate or master studies in English may submit university certification for an approved waiver.
