English proficiency requirements: Non-native English speakers must meet the minimum English proficiency requirement: IELTS: 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90 (for tests taken prior to January 21, 2026)/4.5 (for tests taken on or after January 21, 2026). Applicants who completed undergraduate program in English must provide a certificate issued by their graduating university and may be exempted from submitting TOEFL or IELTS score certificates upon prior approval by the School of Vehicle and Mobility.
