[Under 18] Guardian Statement for applicants under 18 by September 1, 2026 Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, be in good physical and mental health, and hold a high school diploma by July 2026. Applicants who emigrated from China's mainland, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, and applicants born abroad with one or both parents being Chinese citizens, must satisfy the nationality and overseas-residence conditions stated by USTC and Document No. 12 (2020).
